About Me

My Background

I bring more than 15 years of professional leadership experience to my real estate business, primarily in operations leadership and sales operations. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, managed complex processes and systems, overseen large-scale initiatives, and worked directly on multi-million-dollar contracts and negotiations.

That experience translates directly into how I serve my real estate clients today.

Real estate transactions are complex, fast-moving, and often stressful. My background in managing high-stakes operations allows me to simplify that complexity and create a process that feels organized, transparent, and client-friendly from start to finish. I’m highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on clear communication every step of the way.

Over the course of my career, I’ve managed hundreds of people across a wide range of backgrounds, personalities, and skill sets. That experience taught me patience, adaptability, and how to communicate effectively in almost any situation — all of which have proven incredibly valuable in real estate negotiations and transactions.

Whether navigating inspections, appraisals, negotiations, timelines, or unexpected issues, I pride myself on staying calm, solutions-focused, and committed to getting deals across the finish line smoothly for my clients.

Why I’m In This Business

The traditional 3% commission model works well for many people, and I have many Realtor friends who provide tremendous value to their clients. They work hard for their families, their communities, and the people they serve, and I have a great deal of respect for them.

But I also believe there’s room in the market for a different approach.

There are many homeowners who don’t necessarily want to pay a traditional commission structure, but also don’t want the stress, risk, or workload of trying to sell a home completely on their own. For those clients, I believe my model offers the ideal middle ground: full-service representation at a fair and reasonable fee.

I built this business because I believe helping people retain more of their hard-earned equity can make a meaningful difference in their lives. Whether that equity helps fund the next home purchase, reduce financial stress, build savings, or support a family goal, I think clients deserve options.

At the end of the day, I’m not trying to do hundreds of transactions a year. I focus on providing exceptional service, honest advice, and a straightforward experience for a limited number of clients who value what this model offers.

If that sounds like you, we may be a great fit.

How I Do It

Most traditional agents operate within large brokerages that come with significant overhead costs and higher commission splits. Naturally, those costs have to be supported somewhere within the business model.

At 395 Realty, we intentionally keep our overhead lean and focus our time, energy, and resources on the things that actually help sell homes.

A large percentage of real estate marketing today is focused on promoting agents themselves rather than marketing individual homes. There’s an entire industry built around teaching agents how to build personal brands through paid ads, video production, lead generation campaigns, and expensive self-promotion.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with that — but it can become extremely expensive.

My approach is different.

I focus on marketing and selling homes, delivering strong client service, and creating a process that is efficient, transparent, and cost-effective. Instead of spending heavily on self-promotion, my business grows primarily through referrals, repeat clients, and a model that resonates with homeowners looking for a smarter alternative.
